Based on the results of research using SPSS Version 19, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between training and human resource development on work achievement partially. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis with the provisions if t stat > t table, then the hypothesis is accepted. Sources of data obtained through primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques conducted through observation and questionnaires to all members of the respondent. This research involved 33 employees at PT Tanjung Enim Lestari Chemical Plant Unit.
This research uses quantitative research methods. This study aims to determine the effect of training and employee development on work achievement at PT Tanjung Enim Lestari Chemical Plant Unit.
